Installation Information

Customer is responsible for having fireplaces, logs, stoves, grills, swimming pools and other products installed either by themselves or by hiring a contractor.

It is the customer's responsibility to secure all necessary permits (building, electrical, etc.) as required by city or town.

If you hire a contractor or service person to install your product, make sure that you hire a reputable firm.

It is recommended that you inspect your installation to make sure it has been performed to your specifications.

In the event of a problem or dispute it is recommended that you settle it before you pay the installer.
