The Monessen Wall Surround and Hearth for vent free fireplaces is perfect for a quick installation against any wall.
This surround features a detailed panel frame on the front, molding on the mantel top that adds a custom look for your home. Fireplace must be purchased separately.
This surround is available in two finishes:
- Oak - a light Honey Oak finish
- Birch - a Dark Cherry finish

The Monessen BDV Series Direct Vent Gas Fireplace offers realistic glowing ceramic fiber logs featuring a patented Natural Flame aluminized pan burner with random dancing flames and a large ember bed and comes standard with Monessen's Signature Command System. The Signature Command System is A/C powered (with battery back up), has an electronic ignition and a hi/lo 3 step flame adjustment. Thermal efficiency up to 80% with a large glass viewing area of 591 square inches. Comes standard with black louvers and black trim. Vent Kit Not Included (may be purchased as an option).
On/Off Touch Screen Remote Control Included.
Direct Vent Kit includes: Horizontal termination cap w/ vinyl siding standoff, heat deflector, 11" - 14 5/8" adjustable pipe, 90° elbow, and firestop.
The BDV fireplace offers optional accessories such as trim kits (brass or pewter), louvers (brass or pewter), firebrick (cottage clay), and variable speed air blower.
