Items Marked as 'Special Order'
Any items marked as a 'special order' are products that we do not generally stock - these items must be ordered from the manufacturer before they can be shipped to you. Once a special order item has been shipped from the manufacturer it CANNOT be canceled. Special order times vary but are usually 3-4 weeks until we receive them and they are ready to ship out to the customer. For exact shipping times please contact our customer service department.
No returns after 30 days. Only unopened, unused and uninstalled merchandise may be returned.
There will be a 30% restocking fee assessed on all returned merchandise.
Customer is responsible for sending unopened merchandise back - freight prepaid by customer.
A prior returned goods authorization number (RGA#) is required from Recreational Warehouse. No returns will be accepted without an RGA # on the shipping label - DO NOT write it on the boxes.
In the event that an order is returned to Recreational Warehouse for any reason (without a proper RGA#), the customers credit card will be charged the cost of return freight, any storage fees, and a 30% restocking fee.
We DO NOT accept returns via United Stated Postal Service (USPS) - any return sent back by United States Postal Service (USPS)will automatically be assessed a 30% restocking fee.
If you have received a defective item, please contact customer service at 1-800-692-1436 as soon as possible. We will work with you and the manufacturer as per the manufacturer's warranty to replace or repair that item as quickly as possible. We may need the defective item returned to us for repair or replacement.
If you are not certain whether or not the product you wish to purchase will work for you, we STRONGLY recommend that you contact either the manufacturer or our customer service department for advice and guidance. It is the buyers responsibility to determine the suitability of the products ordered for the intended purpose. Doing so can help avoid costly and unnecessary expense.
All products are warrantied by their respective manufacturer. There are no other warranties expressed or implied by Recreational Warehouse.
