Items Marked as 'Special Order'

Any items marked as a 'special order' are products that we do not generally stock - these items must be ordered from the manufacturer before they can be shipped to you. Special order times vary but are usually 3-4 weeks until we receive them and they are ready to ship out to the customer. For exact shipping times please contact our customer service department.

Return Policies

No returns after 30 days. Only unopened merchandise may be returned.

There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed on all returned merchandise.

Customer is responsible for sending unopened merchandise back - freight prepaid by customer.

A prior returned goods authorization number (RGA#) is required from Recreational Warehouse. No returns will be accepted without an RGA # marked on the box.

In the event that an order is returned to Recreational Warehouse for any reason (without a proper RGA#), the customers credit card will be charged the cost of return freight, any storage fees, and a 20% restocking fee.

Defective Products

If you have received a defective item, please contact customer service at 1-800-692-1436 as soon as possible. We will work with you and the manufacturer as per the manufacturer's warranty to replace or repair that item as quickly as possible. We may need the defective item returned to us for repair or replacement.

All products are warrantied by their respective manufacturer. There are no other warranties expressed or implied by Recreational Warehouse.
